How do I edit my account information?
You can edit your account information, such as credit card information, delivery information, and phone number at Lunch Counter App "Account Settings." We hope that helps! If you still need assistance try to chat with someone on the Support Team.
What are the different payment options?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) are accepted. Apple Pay is also accepted if you are using the restaurant's iOS application. All other payment options (Cash, PayPal, Android Pay, etc) are not accepted at this time. We hope that helps! If you still need assistance try to chat with someone on the Support Team.
Can I edit my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately no, after you place the order and your credit card is processed, you cannot go back and make edits. If you need to change your order, please call the restaurant and have them cancel your order so you can place it again. We hope that helps! Is Lunch Counter a delivery company?
Lunch Counter is an online ordering company. We provide technology to connect restaurants and diners. Some restaurants choose to offer delivery but Lunch Counter does not physically deliver the food - the restaurant's couriers or their delivery company does. We hope that helps!
